TN Man Charged with Murder for Trying to Sell Car w/ GF’s Dead Body Inside

A Tennessee man was arrested and charged with murder after he allegedly choked his girlfriend to death then tried to sell her car, with her dead corpse still inside.

31-year-old Robert Miguel Johnson was charged with criminal homicide and more after the body of his 44-year-old girlfriend Pamela Paz was found under a Nashville overpass. Detectives noted they found a witness who claims Johnson tried to sell Paz’s Dodge Charger while her body was in the backseat. Investigators in the case noted that Johnson was questioned and gave up false info about where he was around the time of Paz’s murder. A police report for the incident said, “He was interviewed and provided an alibi, which was subsequently proven to be false.”

It was noted that at the time of the arrest warrant, Johnson was already in jail for unrelated charges. As of now, Johnson will be extradited to Nashville to face the criminal homicide charges against him.
