According to legal docs, Lucci violated the conditions of his $500,000 bond on the first day of his release from jail. Georgia prosecutors claim he spent his first day of release at an Atlanta recording studio and later visited a strip club. They also claim the strip club YFN Lucci visited is the same club at the center of an investigation into a gang-related shooting.
YFN Lucci is also accused of tampering with his ankle monitor. The prosecution pointed out irregular location data for extended periods of time. Furthermore, the rapper reportedly tested positive for marijuana and opiates, which is another bond violation.
YFN Lucci is currently facing a number of charges related to the fatal shooting of 28-year-old James Adams in December 2020. The rapper’s charges include felony murder, aggravated assault, participation in street gang activity, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
Prosecutors are requesting that a judge revoke his bond and keep him in custody until his murder case concludes.
