Pooh Shiesty Facing Life and Multiple 20-Year Sentences

More details about Pooh Shiesty’s charges have been revealed before his upcoming trial. The rapper, who’s currently facing multiple charges for allegedly shooting a man during a robbery, is reportedly facing multiple 20-year sentences in addition to a possible life sentence.

According to a Twitter post from XXL, Pooh Shiesty is facing multiple conspiracy charges. In addition to facing life for using a gun during the alleged robbery, each conspiracy charge comes with a maximum penalty of 20 years.

“Pooh Shiesty faces a maximum of 20 years each for Conspiracy to Possess Firearms in Furtherance of Violent Crime and Hobbs Act Robbery Conspiracy,” read a tweet from XXL. “He’s also facing a maximum life sentence for Discharging a Firearm in Furtherance of a Crime of Violence.”

Pooh Shiesty has pleaded not guilty to all charges. The rapper’s trial is set to begin on Oct. 25.
