NJ Dine-and-Dashers Abduct and Assault Waitress over Unpaid $70 Bill

According to reports, police in New Jersey are looking for a group of dine-and-dashers who reportedly abducted the waitress at the restaurant they refused to pay at.

The attack occurred around 11:15 p.m. Saturday at the Nifty Fifty’s when the group attempted to leave without covering their $70 bill. Authorities say the waitress tried stopping the group before she was placed inside a Dodge Durango, where she was assaulted and ultimately left alongside  Route 42.

“They pulled her into the vehicle and assaulted her inside the vehicle,” Washington Township Police Chief Patrick Gurcsik told reporters. “The vehicle headed north on Route 42, made a U-turn, and was heading south towards Monroe Township, and pushed her out of the vehicle.”

The waitress managed to make it back to Nifty Fifty’s and alerted police, and was later taken to the hospital to treat the minor bruising and possible concussion sustained during the attack.
