The required drug tests were part of the conditions for his bond in connection with his arrest in September 2020. According to the court documents, the Baton Rouge rapper was supposed to participate in daily curfew calls, random drug tests, and monthly office visits.
A corrections service rep claims YoungBoy initially complied with the calls but failed to do so with the other requirements. The rep further claimed the music artist missed his final appointment in January due to a dentist appointment but never rescheduled.
The recent allegations could impact NBA YoungBoy at his next court appearance in April when a judge hears a request from YoungBoy’s defense team about having bond conditions dismissed.
It was previously reported that YoungBoy’s bond from last month’s arrest was revoked and he will remain behind bars until his trial.
