Mass Shooting in Chicago Captured on Video, 7 People Shot and 1 Dead

A verbal altercation between a 37-year-old male and a 24-year-old resulted in a shooting that left seven people shot and one fatality outside of a Chicago lounge Sunday morning.

The argument between the two men reportedly happened inside the lounge before the 24-year-old took out his handgun and opened fire. Video footage captured the suspect shooting the 37-year-old, who was shot twice in the neck and three times in the body before being pronounced dead at a local hospital.

After firing the initial shots, the shooter was shot several times throughout the body by an unknown person. The 24-year-old was taken into custody and has been listed in critical condition. The other five people injured during the shootout include:

– A 23-year-old man, who was grazed in the face and taken to the hospital in good condition.

– A 37-year-old woman, who was struck to the back and taken to the hospital in stable condition.

– A 38-year-old man, who was struck in the stomach and taken to the hospital in critical condition.

– A 56-year-old man, who was struck in the elbow and taken to the hospital in stable condition.

– A 33-year-old man, who was struck to the upper body and taken to the hospital in stable condition.
