Four People Hospitalized After Shooting at Trap Music Museum

According to reports, a shooting took place at the Trap Music Museum in Atlanta. Police noted as a result of the shooting, four people were taken to the hospital, and three men were reportedly shot.

The Atlanta Police Department issued a statement, saying, “On 5/16/21 around 3:40 am, officers responded to 630 Travis St. in reference to multiple persons shot. Upon arrival, officers located three males who sustained gunshot wounds. The males were alert, conscious and breathing and transported to the hospital for treatment.” It was noted that a woman was shot as well “was privately transported to the hospital.”

An Uber driver who was on the scene described the situation, saying, “I heard some pops in the distance in the front, and then I see everyone is running towards me. A couple of young girls dove behind a car and beside a car. I wasn’t concerned too much about getting shot I was more concerned about the people in front of me that were running away from it that they might get shot.” Stay tuned for more updates.
