Beachgoer Finds $1.5 Million Worth of Cocaine Washed Ashore in Palm Beach

Florida has been a destination where strange occurrences take place on the regular. Many have reported finding weird objects washing along the beaches of South Florida, with military drones and sea mines popping up. Now, one beachgoer reportedly found numerous packages that appeared to be wrapped up cocaine.

The incident occurred while the person was in Palm Beach, Florida. A chief patrol agent from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency has spoken on the matter since then.

The agent revealed that the amount of cocaine found was reported to them by the beachgoer and ending up being 65 pounds worth of the powdered substance. That amount is estimated to be worth $1.5 million on the street.
