(*Video*) Memphis Man Arrested for Shooting at Semi Truck on Arkansas Highway

David Allen Jackson III, 29, of West Memphis was arrested on Wednesday night for allegedly shooting at a semi-truck on July 2.

The incident was caught on surveillance film, and shows a man, alleged to be Jackson, parking his car and leaning out of the driver’s side window with a gun on the highway west of the Memphis-Arkansas Bridge over the Mississippi River. The man then fires three to four shots at the semi-truck as it passed by him. No injuries were reported in the incident, and the semi-truck driver was reportedly unharmed in the incident.

The car involved in the incident was found outside Jackson’s apartment on South Avalon Street in West Memphis. Jackson was then arrested and charged with a terroristic act, unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle, and possession of a firearm by certain persons. He is currently being held without bond.
